Hi all
I am one of the frequent flyer in Spicejet. My first journey was between Coimbatore and Bombay in their Boeing 737 in 2014. Refreshments was payable but good enough with reasonable price. Cabin was clean and crew was very polite. After that I have travelled between Chennai-Coimbatore-Chennai many times with Spicejet's Boeing 737 and Bombardier Q400.
In my personal experience I havent faced any delays or cancellations with Spicejet. The best part is they used to fly with a very reasonable fare if we book early. I would recommend to my kith and kin. Regarding ground staff they are good enough and organize in a good manner.
Keep going with your low fare and best service. Would like to fly with their New Boeing 737 MAX soon.
