Spicejet's quality and punctuality are abysmal. They cancel flights without any warning. We were booked on Spicejet from Coimbatore to Mumbai and onward to the USA. They cancelled at the very last minute and we had to scramble around for finding tickets for making the connection. Their customer service reps are polite, but totally incompetent.
Same thing happened 10 months later when my wife and daughter were travelling from Mumbai. Again it happened when my in laws were travelling this November to the USA.
We have decided that we will NEVER FLY SPICEJET AGAIN! Spicejet should be shut down for lousy customer service. They do not know how to run a business.
