Our only option to tutucorin from Chennai airport is via spice jet . My wife was travelling with one year old infant and she just enquired if she has to stand in the queue as few places let people with infant bypass for that the staff replied rudely saying having infant gives no exemption got to wait in queue . Well she could have been a bit cool but she wanted to be rude no idea why . looking at her talk one of the customers in line said to take their place .
I do understand it's a low cost airline . But maybe you should pay your staff a bit better so they work happily . Most of them are rude . As long as you have this mentality staffs you will remain low cost forever.
