I was on vacation with my family and booked 6 tickets from spice jet for Delhi to Thiruvananthapuram on 13 Nov -2014 PNR:-E2HWKI.
Just 12 hours before my flight, I received a message that your flight is cancelled. Spice Jet cancelled my ticket and sold the ticket to another customer on high price.
I was on hold for 2 hours to connect to customer and then they arrange odd hour’s flight for me. My hotel booking and other arrangement went waste and cost me 11000/-.
Whole night I could not sleep, Spice Jet real business is cheating, never trust them. They did not pay me anything for my losses. I paid INR 250 for food for one person, but food was smelly and not sufficient for even 5 year old baby.
Please never fly with Spice Jet, hopefully it will shut down soon. Need your support.
