I have never had a worse experience in my life. Even government offices treat you with more respect than the staff at their checkin counter. Folks in front of me were given boarding pass and I was refused despite the fact that I had no checkin baggage and I had an infant with me. The staff were downright rude, refused to talk properly and refused to refund any money.
They said we dont care if you dont travel by our airline again. Like I would ever want to pay my hard earned money to them so that I get the privilege of being ill treated. They run a money making scam by refusing to board you and refusing to refund your money. This happened to another friend of mine as well. Never ever take this airline.
Jet airways right after that felt like heaven... ofcourse any other airline would have been better than spicejet. Most horrible experience of my life.
