I have already booked one ticket for me from Varanasi to Mumbai for date 3 Nov 2017. Later planned to book ticket for my mother on the same flight. By mistake this ticket is also booked for my name. I requested them to change name to my mother's name. But they denied by saying that name change is not in their policy. It's a kind of duplicate booking, but they denied to correct it and asked to cancel it and re-book again.
