When we flew Spice jet a few weeks ago, our bags got taken by another passenger. But Spicejet's customer service executives were very helpful and responsive. They not just tracked our bags, but also retrieved it for us in a very short time. That too when we were still waiting eagerly at the airport thinking whether we would get our bags or not. This kind of commitment and courtesy was not expected as we thought we might have to come back another day to collect our bags.
I would say it was a very good customer service we experienced. I seriously wish their courtesy and efforts are recognized by spicejet & suitably rewarded.
