I have spice connection of student youth plan. Tariff is attractive, to be fair cheap in its category. Service is also good. You will get range in the places you expect. Basement are big no no..But with weak coverage the speech quality degrades fastly. If you are okay with this then you can go for it.
But Biggest ever disadvantage is that during peak hours 11 to 1 am and 7to 9 pm, The networks get jammed at terribly fast rate. You simply cant make/ receive call during peak hours. Sometimes even sms sending and receiving is also big problem.
moreover the customer care is not that supportive. It takes ages to connect to customer care. In peak hours your phone is dead. It takes number of redials to put through a call. All of my friends have stopped calling me during peak hours and I missed few meeting as my phone was not reachable during peak hours thanx to spice.
