I had requested for new connection 25 daysago and I have paid the money 2400 rupees as well and cabling was not possible internally so I asked them not to make any connection and return my money. And the person who came for connection Stopped receiving my call and his Manager Manjunath talking to me Very Badly with me.
And even I have sent a request mail in Customer care and they always say you will receive your refund ASAP and I still did not receive my money back
I don't think this is the way to treat Customer and they don't even have business sense.I advice people instead of taking Connection from Spectra net donate that money
