I stay at Pimple Saudagar Pune. You cant call this company as service provider as they dont provide any services. Every month internet stops working for 1-2 weeks. Customer care guy will say similar words like "It will get resolved by tomorrow morning" "I am assigning this ticket to highest priority".
They will raise 4-5 requests for the same issue. It will take them minimum 7 days to resolve any simple issue. Please be aware of this fraud company.
