This has been one of our worst experiences with subscribing to an ISP. Spectranet guys came over to our apartment and advertised about their great service. They took our money and did not get back to us for 2.5 weeks. They had indicated they will provide service within 4 days. After registering a complaint with them, they said they have escalated to the installation team. After another week when we did not hear back, we called them and they replied that there is no service in Bannerghatta area:
1) They did not do their home work on where their service can be provided and where they cannot
2) Even after realizing that they cannot give us service, they have not bothered to refund the money we have paid.
I will not recommend Spectranet service to anybody.
