I am writing this post after getting frustrated and wired responses or no response from the SPECTRANET internet service provider in Pimple Saudagar, Pune area, yet.
Spectranet sales person has given me connection saying the latest FIBRE technology they are using which gives you good speed. But the fact is that there are frequent breakdown due to this unreliable technology or improper maintenance.Spectranet has frequent breakdown after almost every week and which takes more than 2 days to resolved. Last time issue was resolved after around 40 hrs. After calling customer care center, they said this issue is happening all over the pune.
There is no compensation provided to me from spectranet for any of the breakdown even after sending mail and calling customer care centre multiple times.In peak hours I get pathetic speed of 103kbps, I have multiple screenshots of same taken at different times.This is not it. service was again down for more than 2 days on 29th and 30th May 2014
I will suggest all of you to not go for spectranet. It’s most unreliable cabled connection. Even USB/plug and play connection is better than spectranet.
