I was promised 16 mbps speed when I took this connection from spectranet and since that day till now i've been running from post to pillar to get the speed issue sorted out its been 4 months nothing has been done till date its customer care is the worse customer care one could ever see you'll get connected to their customer care once in a blue moon even while writing this review i'm afraid my internet should'nt get disconnected if it gets posted than i'll review spectra with one star rating and FYI my speed is worse than 2g network.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING SPECTRA NET SERVICES EVER
