In addition to being a lousy pre-paid service, the broadband does not work. Routinely get an error DNS server not found. After raising a complaint, it gets fixed for 2 hours. Then, it reverts back to DNS server not found.

Spectranet is the lousiest broadband service on this planet. Please avoid it at all costs.
