Soul Pickles are Indian made pickles, prepared in Virgin Olive Oil.The best I love is the Mango Pickle.The red paste(gravy) inside is plenty and the pickle floats in clean Virgin Olive Oil up to the brim so be extra careful while opening.
The pungency, salt and spice flavours are just right and comfy for the tummy.
They are sold in 300 gram glass bottles costing Rs.87/-The exterior tamper proof seal is good.The lid is tight and is a bit difficult to open.
The Mangoes are cut with skin on into assorted sizes.The red gravy and olive oil are well blended for a mild taste. I enjoy it with steamed rice, idli's, roti's and plain dosa. They come in a verity of flavours- cut green chillies, red chillies, lime, mixed and garlic Soul Pickle.As it is healthy I purchase in bulk from the large on-line grocery stores and I love it.
