The PlayStation 4 is in the best next gen console. I've been waiting for it since it released in US, and finally its here.!
Well first of all it looks Beauty in black. The trapezoidal profile, the gloss and matte finish and the LED running through the middle.
Pros
More powerful than the Xbone(but only marginally)
User replaceable HDD(To speed things up we can install a SSHD or an SSD without voiding warranty or have more capacity)
The Dualshock 4 is the best PlayStation controller yet.(has a headphone jack, touchpad, lightbar)
Upcoming exclusives(Infamous:Second Son, the new Uncharted and others)
Might not be a pro but its much smaller than Xbox One and doesn't need a huge power brick.
PS+ subscription offers some nice free games and discounts
Blu-ray player just like the PS3 for watching Blu-ray movies
Cons
Really Expensive(Here in India)
No support for media streaming or storing movies or music on the Hard Disc(Will be introduced in a future update)
Games are expensive compared to PS3
PS+ subscription needed to play online(not needed for PS3)
Limited Launch titles available

edit: I agree that video cards worth Rs 10000 will perform at par with the one in the ps4, BUT you'll also need a good cpu like an i5-3330 atleast. Granted building a gaming rig for 40k will be more powerful than it, but the key here is optimization of the games. Games like The Last of US, GTA V show how a 7-8 year old console can still kick power.! I have a gaming pc and I used to play only on that, but you need to keep upgrading it again and again and that is what I think makes console gaming better. Only problem is that PS4 is overpriced here.
