I am sharing my personal experience with Sony PlayStation 1. My experience with this product is worthless.
My daughter was lover of gaming so, Before 6 months my husband was buying this game for my daughter. Me and my daughter both was playing with together. In starting 2 months it was working good. it was 2-3 types of CD with this game. The CD driver was working good but suddenly after 2 months later the game was creating problems it's CD driver was not connected to the CD. It doesn't working. The remote button of this game was not working. And they were giving only one remote with the set. So, I was facing so many problems.The quality was very disgusting.
When I was calling customer service they said service person come tomorrow . Next day the service man come and they were charged me 500 RS for repairing I was told that he want to give me service free of cost but he doesn't understand. When I was asked for replace my gaming remote from the company they doesn't not ready to change it. the customer service was very bad and poor.
