Not Getting Reply From Customer Support. Review on Sony Pal

We started watching Sony Pal before one month. My family loved to watch its programmes like F.I R Guttre Gu. BaaL Veer. But before three days I saw there was Koun Banega Maha Crore Pati as live . I thought it has started newly because there was not written Recorded Early as some other channels show.  I hears a question which they told in k.b.c for bumper prize.

I sent an sms to that no. with correct answer. My whole family tried their luck and sent the messages.  After some days we saw that there is same person playing with amitabh and he told that question as heard before. Than I searched in google and find that there is no k.b.c running currently. I contacted sony pal to please show k.b.c as Recorded Early so there will be no confusion.  But there is no reply by them. And there official f.b page has last posted in july. they are not answering.
