Value for Money:

I always longed to buy a system which never falls short of power. I knew I won't play it outdoors, so, I never went for any outdoor benchmarkings. Use it indoors you will never feel, that the sound quality may degrade at the topmost volume.

The sound reproduction is superb, chirping to heart thumping frequencies.

It comes with an optional sub-woofer, but practically one will not need it untill he uses it outdoors. The equalisers are really broad spectrumed ones with the additional V-groove to push in the bass to your heart.

I bought it for Indian Rupees of Rs39,990/-. But, now I believe the prices have come down to Rs29,990.

Dolby prologic-II built in will impress the user by its innovativeness in distributing the 2-channel sound to 5.1 channel. Additionally the preset Dolby prologic-II for movie and music will create a more personalized effect.

The CONS however are:

  1. Cannot play discs with minor scratches.

  2. Does not have equaliser controls in the remote. (well !! good for people who needs some exercises :-)) )

  3. Audio cassette recording is not upto the mark.

  4. 7.1 channels output could be designed with a slight price increase, but following a great value add.

CONS does not bother me much as the PROS are too high when compared to the CONS.
