I have purchased SONY TV KV-J21PF1, It worked good .But SONY service is very poor.This is sixth product from SONY .Now I will never purchase ANY SONY PRODUCT.SONY VCD MUSIC system was proved futile. Another TV was also rubbish .My In-laws are also facing the same problem service.
Their service centre are not respondent .They are unskilled people.Their parts are not available.It seems that SONY is not bothering after sales service.they do not believe in after sales service .
