I bought the Sony 14” CTV as my second TV for my bedroom. More so, I am a very brand loyal person, especially when it comes to Sony. I think it delivers what it promises.
It has some amazing features. It has a total of 100 channels that can comfortably fit in most of the channels being aired…both the useful ones as well as the useless ones! More so, it has the auto tuning facility so that it tunes in the channels automatically saving me a lot of trouble. It has the channel skip so that I can conveniently skip over certain channels like the regional channels quite conveniently. It also has the child lock facility so that I can lock certain channels not meant for the kids. It has the PIP features wherein I can see two channels at a time especially one of them not requiring the sound. This facility is of great use, especially during cricket matches, which have zillions of commercial breaks. With the PIP facility I can surf the other channels without missing a single ball.
I can now connect my VCD player and view movies in my house …my own comfortable, private movie theatre. Also, with sound effects like the surround sound which gives a real time theatre effect.
All in all, it’s an amazing product. After all, it’s a Sony!
