I bought a Sony LED TV EX650 32 inch with internet facility. Within 2 years of purchase the TV was not working so I called customer care and the service person came. After checking the person said the LED panel itself gone and the cost is around 16K. I was shocked after hearing this. I told him the tv cost is just 40K and within 2 years how the LED panel will go off. I even accepted to change the panel but they said the spare is not available. Not only me you can go through many reviews in net about sony led tv. Many people suffered with the same reason within 2 or 3 years the tv will not work. Even my cousin bought the same model and for them vertical lines are appearing on the tv screen, for that issue also they are telling panel is gone so need to replace it. I have even mailed to sony service head but no response. Beware of all this before buying the sony led tv.
