My review is exact same as Mr Rahul Datta here. I bought Sony Bravia on mar 2011 and now within 27 months(2 years 3 months)
My led has developed display problem, service engineer comes in and has told me that the display needs to be replaced and the cost is 21500!
The tv that I bought for 60k now demands repairs of 21500 and sony do no show any care towards customer to take the case and treat customers poorly.
There is no guarantee that replaced part will work any better and it might cost you a fortune to keep maintaining sony bravia.My previous tv was kept in considerably worst conditions than this(which is wall mounted and hasnt moved an inch in since it was bought) and the previous one is absolutely perfect even till now and I regret buying sony for brand name.Extremely POOR service.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY SONY BRAVIA
