I bought this product online through flipkart on 17th December 17 and got it delivered after many follow ups on 27th December 17. I got message that my TV will be installed latest by 30th December 17 by Sony. I kept calling entire day to both flipkart and Sony and everytime I got same reply that technician will come. I waited entire day in my house leaving all my works but technicians didn't came. The technician from Sony whose name is "Narendra" kept saying that another one hour and he will come but he didn't came.
Both flipkart and sony cheated me entire day and wasted a whole day. My TV is still waiting to get installed. What's the use of buying such a costly TV? Such technicians who are making fool of customers must be thrown out of Job. Worst service by flipkart and Sony both.
