Please be careful with soldinsixty - I have been cheated and as yet, I await "information" from their non-existent "customer service". On 11th Nov 2011, I bought and paid for an FCUK perfume onsite from soldinsixty. For over two weeks when nothing was delivered, I called up their customer service (one Bangalore number which no one picks up untill you dial atleast 10-11 times), only to be told that the product was out of stock.
They promised to remit the money back (to the same Credit Card which I had used to pay). It is over a month now, and on checking this Monday(again 10-11 calls before someone deigns to pick up), I was told that I had been sent a cheque to my mailing address. On asking for the Airway Bill Number for the document, they promised to get back. As expected, they did not, and I called them myself, only to be told that they would call me with the details. As on Friday today - I am still trying to contact them on the phone (stupid IVR keeps going on, no one picks up - and then it disconnects on its own !!)
No customer service, no respect or commitment towards customers, and a condescending attitude is what characterized soldinsixty. They must be rechristened "cheatedinsixty".
