A good cup of tea can really be a good rejuvenator,and at times it can be better than coffee but it is very, very difficult for teamakers to keep up the strong flavour of tea. And I guess, that's what the Hasmukhrai (the name sucks!) people seem to have mastered.
Society tea started off with a very strong flavour and a very strong smell of tea-leaves which would make one believe as if it is really hand-picked from the tea gardens in Assam, but once they got hold of the market, the quality deteriorated to the extent that it made me sick when I drank it. It no longer has that lingering smell, takes a very long time to boil, and gives an awful taste. I have totally given up the idea of drinking tea, because I have experimented with different brands but it happens the same to everyone.
Wish somebody could recommend me ONE good brand because I am sick and tired of fighting with my 'bania' week after week on the same issue.
