Situated on Ahmedabad-Udaipur highway away from hassels of city and surrounded by green hills it is located at very beautiful place but they cant give 100% advantage of it.
(1) Very poor service.We have to wait minimum 30 minutes for even drinking water.
(2) We were offered package under MAP plan but there was always queue of guest outside dinning hall which they open 15-20 min late of sheduled breakfast, lunch or dinner.
(3) Rooms have no refrigerator even the deluxe ones we have a diabetic kid in family and everytime we have to keep insulins in kitchen fridge.
(4) Dirty swimming pool.When we asked when it will be cleaned answer was when many guest ask for it! It was a pick tourist season and staff was insufficient and inefficient.
(5) It is around 10 Km away from Udaipur.You must have your own car/cab if you stay here.
(6) Located 100m away from busy highway nights are disturbed by truck horns and traffic sounds.
(7) Had cottages but havent seen the so cant comment about it.
(8) No lifts so rooms alloted on 3rd floor and you having paining knees.suffer.
