I ordered a Crossbeats speaker using Snapmint EMI and paid ₹;866 as the first EMI on 18th July 2025.
On 21st July, I refused the delivery of the parcel(Bluedart - Khoda Center, Noida). I have full proof of the refusal. But Snapmint neither cancelled the EMI nor refunded my payment.
There is no proper policy on their site for refund or EMI cancellation in such cases. I have sent multiple emails to both Snapmint and Crossbeats, but there is no action from either company.
This is clear financial fraud and harassment. I have now filed complaints with:

Snapmint is misusing the EMI system and violating RBI lending guidelines. Please be careful while using this service extremely unprofessional and unethical platform.
