I had ordered some prints thru snapfish which I received today after a long wait. Here are come of my observations, hope you find them useful.
*Cheapest Quality prints: **Dull & grainy pictures. The ones you print on ordinary paper with a color printer are almost as good. The digital pix given for print were of good quality... it is just the poor printing.
*Slow Delivery Time**: It has taken 2 full weeks for me to receive the prints from order date. The max delivery time for photo prints, as per snapfish site is 9 days.
*Not-so-friendly site**: I did not find the site friendly or even convenient to use. I have used other sites offering much more flexibility.
*Pathetic Customer Service**: The only way to reach them is by email/fax. Send them and email and you will get the same *template reply* each time. Basically meant to convey -- to hell with your order, don't bother us, we ourselves don't know when your order would reach you... just wait and hope to get it.... and don't email us again unless you want love reading the template replies.
*Packing**: Average.. nothing great.
I had decided to try snapfish given the **hp** name but it was a big disappointment. I still can't believe that it took almost **half a month **to get the prints. Customer care sending those template replies is irritating. Looking at the prints you would like to put them in trash.
There are other good sites, which I have tried, with much more friendly interface, offering excellent quality and super-quick delivery at comparable prices.
