Once I ordered philips 32 inch tv on snapdeal, they have given estimated delivery time as 10 days from the date of order placed date. actually thats a long big time which I never seen in any onlime marketing sites. but still I waited for 12 days.
I did not get any phone call and no delivery also. then I contacted them though phone, they said that "it has already received by courier" I waited for 5 more days, but still I did not get my order. I again spoke to them on phone, they said your order is packed up and waiting for courier to pick up, "i got shocked", finally I received my order on 26th day from the order I placed. this is the bad experience I faced with snapdeal. from then I never ever order anything from that stupid snapdeal.
