I have ordered Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 10400mAh dual battery cell technology from LG and Samsung(Order ID: 2659055810) on 20-Aug-2014. It was shipped through BlueDart and it came in complete damaged condition. I refused to accept the product and asked them to ship it back.
Bluedart instead of shipping back the products it is holding at Jayanagar office since 8 days. My complaints to snapdeal on the same is not at all being addressed and they are neither following up with Bluedart nor taking any action. When contacted BlueDart they say they need a confirmation from the shipper to return the item. So no once is taking any action and snapdeal is not bothered about this at all as they already got the payment. Finally the customer(me) is calling every tom dick and harry to get the product back for refund. With every new person asking what happened am now explaining the stories losing my time, energy and finally call charges.
Only god sorry snapdeal knows what they want to and will do.
