Snapdeal is known as one of the leading Indian online shopping site. To me it is the most reliable site after amazon.in and flipkart.com. Because on the basis of my personal experience the company cheats us sometimes. Like amazon and flipkart it does not give us genuine products always. once I ordered a pair of adidas shocks but it delivered me a footpath sock on which adidas was written. Customer service is same as other shopping sites. But the return policy is not so good as flipkart. you will have to parcel it first, and you would not get the parcel charges. Delivery time is usually 5-6 working days, but it becomes slow sometimes. I remember once I got a product 12 days after order. The new website and logo is more attractive than the previous one. App is also easy to operate. Overall website spped is good and search engine is efficient and fast.
