I ordered a USB pen Drive from SnapDeal & its been around 1.5 month & I have not received my product. They are using Chotuu.in as there courier service which just like there name chotuu only do small things like dont deliver at all.
I have spoke to there customer support they all seem polite but does not solve your problems. I have been asked for refund from last 3 weeks & nothing is happening they assure to call you back or give u a status in 48 hours, they just dont dont dont.
I will never recommend anyone using SnapDeal for shopping, they Suck Big time.
