I have used snapdeal for buying stuff in the mobile and accesories catagory and some toys and some other things and the main problem with the site is its horrible customer support so I first bought a flip cover which turned out to be a dublicate this made me use their site for a return and so I tried to get a refund but the site wont alow it under the policy so I asked for replacement nothing worked as there was no response from the company.
So I had to call them their number is not toll free like flipkart or amazon and I had to stay on hold for 11 minutes because the system was slow and now I asked for a refund which was not possible as they will not give it under rs 1000, I had to buy something else later after 3 to 4 months I planed to give a gift to my brother a remote controled helicopter which for his birthday and it did not work now I had to do the thing again they still were strong on their side that the product was as is descibed and after emailing slangs to theirs ceo's email address kunal bahal they responded and now gave me a refund.
After this though I bought memory cards from snapdeal which turned out to be fine their app is another menance suppose I shared a link of snapdeal and the person who opens it is forced to download the app which is filled with bugs and lags also the moment you try and place an order the price goes up snapdeal is very fast with deliveries but I urge people to use this site with caution and never buy any thing that looks to good to be true especially from the food department the suppliments are never to be bought and use their site even if you have to never the app if anyone who works in snapdeal is reading this then please I request you guys to made at least one change keep a toll free number
