I am Vinoth, I ordered Karbon A7+ mobile at 30/12/2012 on new year offer price of Rs.5978. My order number is 833503951. They mentioned expected shipping date is 31/12/2012. But next day they send mail that delay on shipping date and they mention new shipping date is 04/01/2013. But that item was available until 03/01/2013. But 04/01/2013 they mentioned that item was sold out and they changed the price of the mobile is 6800. Till now there is no response from snapdeal.
I really disappoint with the service of snapdeal. Dont buy any item while offer, because they will not send that item on particular day and make you frustration by delaying. and meanwhile they make you cancel the order by yourself.
