This has been hell of a service received from Snapdeal. I have been watching this HTC one for a long time. After waiting for so many time I have decided to order this item. There was an amazing offer which played as a catalyst for me placing the order.


I have ordered the item with a good deal which is 4k less that that of the current listing. I was waiting for the item to be dispatched in 2-3 days. I have been constantly chasing the snapdeal customer support for the same. All they were saying was to wait for 2 more days. Now 10 days have already passed and the item was not dispatched yet. In the 10th day I received an  message saying the item order is cancelled as there were some problem with the seller sending the item. I then called the customer care for the same.


*What I hear from the representative is devastating. They said that


1. Snapdeal reserves every right to cancel at any time without the buyers consent.


2. The order item was placed in and lower listing value so the item can not be procured.*


For this pathetic Service I have lost similar deals from FlipKart and others and 10 days of my patience to wait for this phone.


Frankly speaking these guys dont care what some one thinks. Would this be a situation, I have purchased the item in some value and the current listing is less then what?


Any way this is my story. I promise, will never order a single item from snap deal.


now I am now going to unsubscribe to snapdeal.
