I have purchased a laptop from snapdeal in Feb 2014. But in dell warranty details I see the warranty start from Dec 2013.


When contacted dell they said update request should come from Snapdeal as they sold it. Contacted snapdeal regarding this and since 1 month they are not updating the warranty details with Dell.


Beware of snapdeal service and avoid buying.
