Its sad to say that SnapDeal is a very poor service provider, horrible customer service even being one of the largest online retailers, works with most horrible courier companies to save its money. The customer care call center is equally bad, with only one way communication. They promise to get back to you, but never do it. This has been from years now and with every one.
I have ordered two products more than 20 days back(Order ID: 4917077445), but not received them till now. No one has the clue where the products are. Snapdeal all by itself keeps extending the estimated delivery date. Not only I have wasted my money but also wasted so much time. I would suggest all of you not to go with SnapDeal, but with good service providers such as Flipkart and Amazon.
In case, you do have to go with SnapDeal, always order cash on delivery, so that your money is safe.
