Snapdeal is an online shopping portal which allows user to purchase and sellers to sell their product online. I like it very much I have shopped from them manytime. The main reason behind choosing Snapdeal are as follows
1.**Service** -they provide best service for the customer we can call call to their customer centre and ask about about the product that too free of cost.
2.**Well mannered website**- All the products are categorised according to their type. I did not find it difficult to find my product the designer has done his job well.
3.**Courier service**- The courier service of the website is very good but some seller do not provide a best delivery service they choose a low budget service result in Delay of the delivery of the product.
4.**Feedback**- If the item is damaged we can call the customer care and ask for the replacement or a refund. They will help us in doing so if the item is returned and refund is issued and we will get the refund in 2 to 3 unlike other website take a lot of time to refund.
5.**Informative website**- The website has provided all the detail of the product India website along with its specification and its uses. They have also also provided a list of customer care of a particular brand that we are purchasing for.
These are some of the reason why I choose Snapdeal for online shopping I will pray for you to shop from Snapdeal one time and feel how it feels feels.
