I ordered a pair of slippers which were peach in colour. When I got the package the slippers were white and at the box it was mentioned peach. When I called the customer care they told me that the colour wasn't available in my size that is the reason they had sent me this. I told them to take this back as I did not like the colour, the executive came and took the items but my money was not refunded because according to them I had used them well. I told them that I have returned the pack without even trying it. But they denied.
