Ordered a pack of 2 tennis racket for immediate us, for practicing. To my surprise, I got only one racket in the consigmment received.
Daily followups are going in vein. Every day customer care executive is asking for 24 hours to provide a solution. They are not confirming whether I can use the first one at least as they are not sure if I need to return the consignment.
Is almost a week since I complained and still there is no assurance when they are shipping another racket. Pathetic customer care. Post sales they are least bothered with whatever problem the buyer is facing.
