Beware of the snapdeal trap.I ordered for a buy 1 get 1 product few months ago, they delivered smaller product, which was replaced by something not ordered for along with the smaller product again.
After complaining, I was made responsible fro return of the wrong parcel, which was hell of a job since the return slip provided by SDeal mentioned parcel weight as 1 kg while it was much more. After spending Rs.700/- and several efforts, they refunded my order amount instead of courier expenses as per their promise.
Can this company really earn the way it is all being handled? Should people have trust on them when they are so careless about customer grievances?
