Amongst the three big players namely Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal I faced the worst experience with snapdeal. Reasons are given below
My first order was for a pocket watch, as seen and read the description placed the order and got a table top watch instead of pocket watch. Once lodged the complaint they replied stating that send photographs of the item. It is ridiculous that they don't know their product. They want photographs from their buyer.
Second purchase was still better but there was some mismatch in information regarding their delivery schedule and displayed information in the website.
During 3rd purchase the experience was even worst. After the expiry of the promised delivery schedule they said I will not get the item as my address is not traceable. If Amazon, flipkart and any other courier people can find my address easily, it is impossible that snapdeal cannot find my address. That means they did not want to deliver the item or may be they were saving money by collating many order at my area and wanted to deliver them together. Finally after 15 days they came to my place to deliver the item and then I felt no pain to reject and cancel the delivery and said if this is your service I will no longer place any order at snapdeal.
That was my experience with snapdeal and hence I dont buy anything from them any more.
