Before 15 days I had ordered an antivirus in snap deal, I didn't receive the item, I got a message like your order item is out of delivery, please keep ready the cash, but I didn't get any call from courier service, when I checked online in order tracking, it was showing consignee is not available after multiple try. I tried contacting customer care, but they told me to order again.
So please don't order anything from snapdeal, its service is not good.
