It's really true that Snapdeal contain a variety of product and also it provides the product with in the given time but the problem is there when you think of return or replacement of the product. because most of the cases are seem to be delay replacement or return.
I personally feel that Snapdeal is good platform to buy anything whatever it contain but return and replacement policy is not as good as customer's expectations.
it provides products at low price and also deliver the product with in the given time but quality of products sometimes is bad and unexpectable as customer's choice.
Overall Snapdeal is better than many of the other online shoppinh websites in E.com,
I would not like to mention the name of those online shopping websites here.
Snapdeal is best but it needs to improve the return and replacement policy as per customer;s needs.
Because customer is the pillar of any organisation and especially of E.com websites.
