I am Inderpal from Bangalore. I had bought a LG washing machine on 28th of October from Snapdeal by paying 67000/= They assured me delivery on 4th of Nov.13 that is all after this no information. When we contacted Snapdeal, they gave us one of the other stories. We sent mail by telling them that we would go to consumer court, but they are least bothered till today (09-11-13). Nothing has happened.
Now, we have decided to file a complaint with Consumer Court. Many friends had warned us, not to buy anything from Snapdeal, even our previous experience to was very bad, but again we made this mistake.
We request the concerned Govt. authorities, to take legal action against such companies and save the Indian people from such dubious credible concern and the same time we request the media to do stories on such companies to help the consumer and force the govt. to put an end on such people.
