Ordered Philips speakers from Snapdeal on 8th march order no 5244519973. Item was shipped on 10th but haven't received the product yet even after 15 days.
Their logistic support safe express courier had the audacity to send me msg that there was a failed delivery attempt while they had never tried to contact me. three days later I got a call from local office that it will be delivered today but it never got delivered. I made formal complaint to snapdeal about the delay but looks like they just dont care.
I have no option but to cancel the order. snapdeal has lost a high spending customer forever.
