Snapdeal is a popular e commercial website.but I have a bad experience in this E-commercial website .i have purchased a intex speaker .cost -450.After using 1 month I was facing little bit problem.i am going to the customer service center .i show them the invoice .they had seen it .After 15 minute they informed me that the invoice given by snapdeal does not contain any serial number of the speaker .it means my speaker has no warranty.i immediately called the snapdeal customer care and I detailed it .the assured me that they will send the invoice with serial number but after 24 hours I had checked my email.but I had seen there is no email from snapdeal.so I again called them but again and again they told me that they had sent the invoice.
