I had a very great eamxperience with snapdeal, I am using snapdeal from the past 1 year and always had a pleasant experience.
My first purchase from this e-commerce giant was iphone 5s, as it was my first purchase and was very worried about the product but when I recieved my order I developed a faith in this website.
From that day I became a regular customer of this website, I had ordered several products and never faced any problem till date.
One day I recieved a damage product so I requested for return, and the best part I got my damaged product returned with a brand new one within 7 days.
Customer service is very good and very helpful, way better than others.
Strongly recommended to all.
