I was looking for a walking shoes with velcro. Snapdeal had advertised that they have PUMA walking shoes with velcro offered for rs 1163 at a 50% discount.
I have a orignal PUMA purchased from PUMA show room and so I ordered for the shoes. I got the shoes today and when I opened the box I found that it was certainly not PUMA and it is a fake local shoes which is not worth even rs 500. I could not find out their call centre number and I am writing off this investment.
My order no is Order ID: 13634925739(1 Item) and my mob no is 9500040965. I request other shppers to avoid purchasing any item from SNAPSHOT as you are likely to get a fake shoes at an exhorbitant price. Somebody called me from their call centre and told me he does not trust customers and he trusts only the vendors. God save Snapdel and their customers.
I told the customer rep to escalate the issue to their CEO and he made it clear that the CEO is not accessible. CEOs of Amazon and Uber are available on e mail for customers to approach them and get their problems fixed.Thanks
